Western Sydney International Airport — officially the Nancy-Bird Walton Terminal — begins passenger operations on 25 October 2026, after starting freight flights on 26 July 2026. Why a Private Transfer Beats the Alternatives Here
At opening, roughly 90% of airport users are expected to arrive by road — the Sydney Metro line to the airport is not due until mid-to-late 2027. That leaves driving and parking, the free shuttle bus to St Marys station, rideshare, or a private transfer.

Every fixed fare covers all tolls on the M12 and M7 motorways, live flight tracking, free waiting time (60 minutes for international arrivals, 30 for domestic), and luggage assistance at both ends. The price you are quoted at booking is the price you pay.
The M12 Motorway opened in March 2026 and is toll-free, connecting the airport directly to the M7 at Cecil Hills. That puts Penrith and Liverpool roughly 25–35 minutes away and the Sydney CBD around 45–55 minutes depending on traffic. Our drivers run this corridor daily.
