Which vehicle should I choose?
For solo travellers or couples with standard luggage, the Sedan is the best value. Families of 4–5 with larger bags should choose the Large SUV. Groups of 4–7 with lots of luggage should go for the Lux People Mover. Groups of 8–12 need the Mini Bus. If you’re unsure, call us and we’ll recommend the right vehicle for free.
Are child seats available?
Yes. Child seats (infant capsule, forward-facing, and booster seats) are available on request at no extra charge. Please specify the age and weight of your child when booking so we can fit the correct seat.
Can I bring oversized or sporting equipment?
Absolutely. Surfboards, golf bags, ski equipment, prams, and wheelchairs can all be accommodated. Just let us know when booking so we can arrange the right vehicle or a luggage trailer. There’s no extra charge for standard oversized items.
Are your drivers licensed and professional?
Yes. Every driver holds a NSW Passenger Transport Authority accreditation, has undergone a police background check, and is trained in professional service standards. Vehicles are also regularly inspected and maintained to the highest safety standard.
Do you have folding wheelchair carried in the boots?
We can accommodate folding wheelchairs in our SUV, Mini Van, and Mini Bus. For passengers who require a folding wheelchair carried in the boot (WAV) with a ramp or lift, please contact us in advance and we’ll arrange a suitable vehicle for you.
Is there Wi-Fi in the vehicles?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available on request in select vehicles — please mention it when booking. All vehicles have at least two USB-A charging ports, and the Mini Bus has USB charging at every seat.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. We offer corporate accounts with monthly invoicing, multi-leg trip planning, and dedicated account management for businesses. Contact us to set up an account.
What if I have more than 11 passengers?
For groups of 12 or more, we can arrange a coach charter or multiple vehicles. Please contact us with your group size, pickup details, and luggage so we can put together a custom quote.
