How many passengers can you carry on a coach?
We arrange coaches from 21 up to 57 seats. For groups of thirteen to twenty we usually run two Mini Buses, which is often more flexible and no more expensive than a small coach.
How much does coach charter cost?
Coach charter is quoted individually rather than from a fixed price list, because the cost depends on group size, route, timing and how long the vehicle is held. Send us the numbers and schedule and we will return a firm fixed quote — no obligation.
Can you handle a group arriving on several different flights?
Yes, and it is one of the more common requests. We track each flight and either stage pickups so the coach makes multiple terminal runs, or hold the vehicle until the group is complete. Which approach works best depends on how far apart the arrivals are.
How far in advance should we book a coach?
As early as you can — coach availability is much tighter than the rest of the fleet, particularly during school holidays, conference season and December. Two to four weeks ahead is comfortable for most group sizes.
Do you cover regional NSW as well as Sydney?
Yes. Coach charter regularly runs from Sydney Airport to the Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands, Wollongong, Newcastle and the Central Coast, as well as within metropolitan Sydney.
