The honest answer is geography first, route second. If Nancy-Bird Walton is 30 minutes away and Kingsford Smith is 90, and both fly where you are going, WSI wins comfortably — you save an hour each way and the M12 is toll-free.
If your destination is only served from Kingsford Smith — which covers most international routes in the airport’s opening season — then the choice is made for you. Four carriers is a start, not a network.
