Western Sydney Airport Pickup & Drop-off — Where To Meet Your Driver
One terminal makes this simple. Your driver messages you when you land, meets you at the ground transport zone, and drops you at the terminal entrance on the way out.
Arrivals — How Pickup Works
Western Sydney International uses a single integrated terminal, so there is no guessing which building to head for. Once you have collected your bags and cleared the arrivals exit, switch your phone on.
Your Ram’s driver will already be monitoring your flight and will message you on SMS or WhatsApp the moment you are through, directing you to the designated ground transport zone. You get 60 minutes of free waiting time on international arrivals and 40 minutes on domestic — measured from actual landing, not scheduled.
Departures — How Drop-off Works
For departures we drop you directly at the terminal entrance, as close as the layout allows to your airline’s check-in zone. Your driver unloads your luggage and you walk straight in.
We recommend allowing about 90 minutes before a domestic departure and three hours for international. Give us your flight number when booking and we work backwards from it, factoring in the M12 and M7 conditions on the day.

We Track the Flight
From booking onward your flight number is monitored. Early, on time or delayed — your driver’s schedule follows the aircraft, not the timetable.
You Land and Switch On
Collect your bags, clear the arrivals exit, and turn your phone on. There is free WiFi in the terminal if you need it.
Driver Messages You
An SMS or WhatsApp arrives with your driver’s name, vehicle and exactly where to meet at the ground transport zone. No hunting through a crowd of name boards.
Bags In, Door to Door
Your driver loads the luggage and takes you straight to your address — no car park shuttle, no second leg, no waiting for other passengers.
Practical Notes for Your First Visit
Because the terminal is new and there is one building for both domestic and international, the pickup and drop-off arrangement is far simpler than at Sydney Kingsford Smith, where T1 sits well away from T2 and T3. Nobody needs an inter-terminal bus here.
If you are connecting between the two airports — landing at Kingsford Smith and departing from Western Sydney, or vice versa — book it as a single fixed-fare transfer. The two are roughly 50 kilometres apart, so allow generous connection time.
Travelling with children? Child seats — capsule, forward-facing or booster — are fitted free of charge. Tell us the ages when you book so the correct seat is installed before the driver leaves. Travelling with oversized items like golf clubs, skis or a pram? Mention it and we allocate the right vehicle.
