Most cruise lines recommend boarding at least 2 hours before departure. Given traffic near Circular Quay and White Bay can be heavy on embarkation days, we recommend arriving at the terminal at least 2.5 hours before your ship's scheduled departure. We'll suggest an appropriate pickup time when you request a quote.

For disembarkation transfers, we time your pickup based on your ship's scheduled arrival and your disembarkation group number. If the ship is delayed, we adjust the driver's schedule accordingly — you won't be charged for wait time caused by the ship. Your driver will meet you outside the terminal at the agreed point.
