Hotel Concierge Coordination
Most Blue Mountains hotels are happy to coordinate transfer bookings on your behalf. Three approaches work well:
- Direct booking — use our free quote form with the hotel name in the pickup field
- Concierge booking — ask your hotel concierge to book Ram’s Airport Transfer; they have our contact
- Hotel desk service — some hotels include transfer arrangement in their guest services
However booked, you receive an SMS confirmation with the driver name, vehicle, and pickup time 24 hours before the transfer.
Pickup Process at a Hotel
For arrival from SYD: once you land at Sydney Airport, switch on your phone and your driver will SMS or WhatsApp you directly with their exact pickup point at the hotel (usually the porte cochere or front entrance). Free WiFi is available at all SYD terminals so international travellers can message without roaming. Your driver will help with luggage to the lobby. The hotel reception is briefed in advance via the booking confirmation.
For departure to SYD: meet your driver in the hotel lobby at the agreed time. The hotel concierge can call your room when the driver arrives. Allow 5–10 minutes from lobby to vehicle for luggage loading.
Pro tip: For Hydro Majestic and other heritage hotels with long driveways, allow extra time for the walk from your room to the pickup zone. Front-of-hotel pickups are simpler than waiting at the room.
