Getting Your Guests From the Airport to the Venue
Interstate and overseas guests are the part of wedding transport that most often goes wrong. They land at an unfamiliar airport, often early in the morning or late at night, with luggage and a garment bag, and no easy way to reach a venue that may be two hours from the city.
This is the service that handles that leg. We watch each flight, meet guests at the terminal, load the luggage, and drive them to the venue or their hotel for a fare agreed before they left home. One fare covers the vehicle, so a family of five pays the same as a couple in the same car. Tolls are included, and there is no surge pricing at 3am, on a weekend, or on a public holiday.

Fares are fixed per vehicle, not per passenger, and are quoted before you book. Sedans start at $49, Large SUVs at $69, Lux People Movers at $79 and 11-seat Mini Buses at $99. The exact fare depends on the venue — your venue page shows it.
We track the flight and move the pickup automatically. Waiting is free for 60 minutes after landing at T1 International and 40 minutes at T2 and T3 Domestic, so a slow bag belt or a long customs queue costs nothing.
Yes. Multi-stop pickups are common for weddings — several guests off the same flight, or a hotel pickup on the way to the venue. Tell us the stops when you ask for the quote and they are built into the fixed fare.
Yes, and they are free. Baby capsules, child seats and boosters are all available — tell us what you need and the ages when you book.
You pay on the day — cash, or card via EFTPOS with a 1.8% surcharge. Nothing is charged up front. Cancellation is free with at least 24 hours’ notice.
