Fares depend on distance from Sydney Airport. Closest campuses: UNSW Kensington (7km, $49), UTS Broadway (9km, $55), TAFE Ultimo (9km, $55). Mid-range: WSU Parramatta (25km, $99), Macquarie University (28km, $89). Furthest: TAFE Katoomba (110km, $179), UOW Wollongong (80km, $169). All fares are fixed with no surge pricing — same price morning, evening, weekday or weekend.

Yes — different terminals serve different airline groups:

• T1 International — all overseas flights (Qantas international, Emirates, Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, etc.). Pickup zone P7, 60-min free wait.
• T2 Domestic — Virgin Australia, Jetstar, Rex. Pickup zone Shuttle Bay, 40-min free wait.
• T3 Domestic — Qantas and QantasLink only. Pickup zone Carousel 5 area, 40-min free wait.

Yes — very common. Parents booking from overseas (China, India, Indonesia, Korea, Vietnam, etc.) just provide the student's name and mobile when filling out the quote form. We send the SMS/WhatsApp pickup confirmation directly to the student, not the parent. International students can also pre-pay via bank transfer for peace of mind — no on-the-day cash needed.

60 minutes free waiting at T1 International (covers immigration, baggage, customs). Timer starts at actual landing — not your scheduled arrival time. So even multi-hour flight delays don't reduce your free waiting period. After 60 minutes, our after-hours waiting policy applies — driver will message you to coordinate.

EFTPOS in vehicle (1.8% surcharge), cash (no surcharge), PayID (no surcharge), bank transfer (no surcharge), and credit/debit cards. Pay the driver on the day. International students can pre-pay via bank transfer if preferred — useful for parents wanting confirmation that the trip is paid before their child arrives.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee depending on circumstances. If you cancel after the driver has already arrived at pickup, a 50% fee applies. This protects against last-minute student plan changes — read our full cancellation policy.
