A typical wedding-related transfer might be a Friday-evening group pickup from Sydney Airport for a destination wedding in the Hunter Valley, a Saturday return from the wedding venue to Sydney for guests catching flights home, and a Sunday morning honeymoon-couple airport drop-off. Vehicle Sizing and the Right Mini Bus for Your Group
Selecting the right vehicle for a group is part art, part arithmetic. The basic guide: 4–6 passengers fit a single SUV with luggage. 7 passengers fit a Mini Van. 6–11 passengers fit a Mini Bus. Larger groups travel in more than one Mini Bus. 25+ passengers fit a full motor coach. Where it gets nuanced is luggage volume. A group of 7 with light overnight bags fits a Mini Van easily; the same group with 7 large international suitcases is tight. We'd upgrade to a Mini Bus to give the cargo room.
